DAC Mechanical Drives Cutaway

DAC Worldwide's Planetary Gear Reducer Cutaway (205-280) is a sectioned industrial, mounted planetary gear reducer for use in classroom and laboratory training relating to mechanical drives. This example, procured as industrial surplus, has been restored, cut away, and refinished using durable coatings.

The planetary gear training device is mounted on a modular, heavy-gauge steel baseplate. For industrial relevancy, common models, by well-known manufacturers are chosen. All examples can be mounted on related DAC bench, workstation, and storage products. All operational features have been retained allowing the reducer to be operated via hand crank and replacement hardware has been provided where necessary.

The gear reducer cutaway is only one of DAC Worldwide’s expansive mechanical training products. Additional mechanical cutaways include an Extended Gear Reducer Cutaway Series (205-200), a Right-Angle Worm Gear Reducer Cutaway (205-201), a Downsized Right-Angle Spiral Bevel Gear Reducer Cutaway (205-220D), and many more!

Advanced Manufacturing Skills TrainersOur learning programs develop job-ready skills that have been proven time and again. Take a look at how we can help you be successful!

Colleges are challenged to offer courses whenever students are available – and frequently, wherever they are available. Students want courses that are available on campus as well as from home while also providing strong hands-on skills for the technology demands facing them. Meeting these demands is no small task.

Amatrol has learning programs that allow colleges to excel in this demanding environment. We offer a full range of learning systems, both in a traditional equipment lab setting as well as in a virtual lab, that meet and exceed students' expectations.
