FANUC Fenceless Collaborative Cert Cart
The FANUC Fenceless Collaborative Cert Cart was developed by combining FANUC DCS Position and Speed Check software with an Allen Bradley SafeZone Mini Safety Laser Scanner. The result is FANUC’s NEW FENCELESS CERT Cart, which still fits through a standard door and runs off 110V power. The FENCELESS cart allows a greater work envelope and introduces students to the latest integrated safety products from FANUC and Allen Bradley.
The FANUC CR-4iA is FANUC's newest collaborative robot that resembles the LR Mate family. Painted green to show its ability to work beside humans, you can expect the same reliability as FANUC's yellow robots. The CR-4iA is ideal for small part sorting and assembly, inspection, machine tending, and part delivery. It has a 4 kg payload, 550 mm reach, and is equipped with iRVision and Force Sensing. There are various mounting options such as floor, wall, and ceiling.
*Operator of collaborative robot MUST complete Collaborative Robot Operations & Programming Class and DCS Class prior to delivery.
*OPTIONAL UPGRADE* from CR-4iA (550mm reach / 4kg payload) to CR-7iA (717mm reach / 7kg payload)

Manufacturing & Engineering
Our learning programs develop job-ready skills that have been proven time and again. Take a look at how we can help you be successful!
Colleges are challenged to offer courses whenever students are available – and frequently, wherever they are available. Students want courses that are available on campus as well as from home while also providing strong hands-on skills for the technology demands facing them. Meeting these demands is no small task.
Amatrol has learning programs that allow colleges to excel in this demanding environment. We offer a full range of learning systems, both in a traditional equipment lab setting as well as in a virtual lab, that meet and exceed students' expectations.
